Shipping Policy

Domestic shipping (India)

Orders within India are shipped via DTDC, Trackon or a similar partner courier. Standard delivery is up to 10 working days from order confirmation. We'll share a tracking link as soon as your shipment is handed over to the courier.

International shipping

We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx or another premium courier. Delivery time and rates vary based on destination, weight and customs procedures — typically 7 to 21 working days. The rate shown at checkout is the final shipping charge for your address.

Customs & duties

International orders may attract import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare orders accurately and cannot adjust the declared value.

Delays we can't control

Once a shipment leaves our facility, transit times are controlled by the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, civil disruption, courier strikes, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or recipient unavailability.

Tracking & failed deliveries

• You'll receive a tracking link via email when the order ships.
• If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically re-attempt for 2–3 working days. Subsequent attempts may incur a redelivery fee.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or unclaimed delivery, re-shipping is charged at the standard rate.
