Return Policy

We stand behind every kit and accessory we ship. If something arrives damaged, non-working, or incomplete, we'll make it right. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.

1. What's covered

We accept returns or replacements when:

• The product arrives physically damaged (broken parts, crushed packaging visible on delivery).
• A component is non-working out of the box.
• The shipment is incomplete versus the packing list.

2. What's not covered

• Items damaged by mishandling, water, drops, or use outside the intended environment.
• Consumables that have been used (batteries, glue, tape, perishables).
• Products bought under a sale or clearance marked “final sale”.
• Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function.
• Shipping damage where the courier confirms the package was received in good condition.

3. How to raise a return

1. Email info@mechatronrobotics.com within 7 days of delivery. Returns raised after this window cannot be accepted.
2. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or non-working item (and the box, if shipping-related).
3. Keep all original packaging, accessories and documentation. Items returned without the original packaging cannot be processed.
4. We'll review and respond within 2 working days with next steps — replacement, repair, or refund.

4. Pick-up & shipping

For approved returns, we'll arrange a courier pick-up from your delivery address at no cost. If you ship the item back yourself without our authorisation, we cannot reimburse the shipping cost.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, an approved refund is processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Bank or card processing may take an additional 2–7 working days to reflect.
