Follow these steps to complete your submission journey.

Register & Pay

Fill the form. Fee: INR 500 (Indian) or USD 8 (International). Join WhatsApp group.

Form a Team

Participate individually or form a team of 2. Select your project category.

Build & Record

Build your project and create a 3-5 minute video demonstration.

Submit

Submit details via Google Form (shared in WhatsApp/Email) before the deadline.

Round 1 Results

Wait for the top 10 projects to be shortlisted for the final round.

Final Presentation

Prepare a PPT (Max 15 slides) for the virtual presentation if shortlisted.

Results

Wait for the final result announcement and award ceremony.

Rules & Guidelines

Please read carefully to ensure your submission is valid.

General Rules

  • Each participant or team must submit their project video by the deadline.
  • Any late submission will be rejected, and the team will be disqualified.
  • Projects must be original. Plagiarism from the internet will be checked and will lead to rejection.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submit through the official Google Form (link shared in WhatsApp).
  • Upload a 3-5 minute video demonstration of the working model.
  • Video should be in landscape mode. File size must not exceed 100MB.
  • Naming convention: [TeamName_Video]

Content Structure
  • Introduction: Introduce yourself/team, project title, and category.
  • Project Overview: Briefly explain the problem solved or the innovation.
  • Components & Setup: Show main parts (Arduino, sensors) and assembly.
  • Functionality: Demonstrate working features and aspects.
  • Technical Explanation: Mention programming languages, libraries, and logic.
  • Challenges: Discuss hurdles faced and how you overcame them.
  • Conclusion: Summarize, mention future improvements, and thank viewers.

Technical Tips

Camera & Lighting

Use a tripod/stable surface. Focus clearly. Use good lighting (avoid backlighting).

Audio Quality

Use a microphone if possible. Record in a quiet environment.

Editing & Format

Min 720p resolution. 3-5 mins long. Save as MP4. Simple editing to trim/add captions is optional but recommended.

Top 3

Overall Performance Awards

Top 3 winners will receive premium robotics kits or equivalent vouchers! Exciting rewards designed to enhance your innovation journey.

Prize Distribution Rules
  • Awarded to the team as a single entity (not distributed to individuals by the organizer).
  • Sent to the Team Leader, who determines internal distribution.
  • Every member receives a winner's certificate + participation certificate.
