This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Mechatron Robotics (“we”, “us”) collects when you use mechatronrobotics.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. We aim to keep this clear and short.

• Account: login credentials (passwords are stored hashed), profile photo, communication preferences.
• Demographic: age range or grade of the child enrolled (where you provide it), city, country.
• Order & payment: items purchased, billing & shipping addresses, order history. Payment details are handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, basic device info. Used to improve the Site and detect abuse.

2. How we collect it

We collect information when you fill in a form, create an account, place an order, contact us, or simply browse (cookies and server logs). We don't collect more than we need for the stated purpose.

3. How we use it

• To deliver the products, courses and trial classes you've signed up for.
• To communicate with you about your enquiries, orders, classes, and customer support.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (e.g. tax records, typically 7 years). Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.
